制备方法

Mice were inoculated intranasally with SARS-CoV-2 stock virus (HB-01) at a dosage of 10^5 TCID50/50 μl inoculum volume per mouse after the mice were anesthetized by 2.5% avertin, and the mock-treated hACE2 mice(ACE2-Mock) were used as control.
